About Chateau Health & Wellness Chateau Health & Wellness is a premier behavioral health treatment provider located in Oakley, Utah, offering Detox, Residential, and Day Treatment programs for individuals facing mental health and chemical dependency challenges. Since growing from a 16-bed program to a 56-bed facility, we have remained committed to delivering clinically excellent, compassionate care while building a culture where every team member and client feels seen, supported, and valued. Position Overview We are seeking someone to offer Operational support, managing the Front Desk serving as the first point of contact for clients, families, and visitors, while also providing personal assistant support on the back end. This is a highly visible, culture-defining role: you will help set the tone and experience for every new client who walks through our doors. You will work closely with the CEO and Executive Director to ensure this front-facing position is aligned with the culture, professionalism, and standard of care Chateau is known for. Key Responsibilities Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Greet clients, families, and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and reassuring first impression. Provide personal assistant support to the CEO and Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and task follow-through. Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign-in, mail, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records and support data entry within EMR and related systems. Independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organization and follow-up. Support communication and coordination across departments and with outside partners. Help set and reinforce the culture and tone experienced by new clients entering the building. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and business information in accordance with HIPAA. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, or personal assistant role preferred. Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and general computer and software skills; experience with Kipu EMR is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively. A true self-starter who takes initiative and works well with minimal supervision. Warm, professional, and consistently cheerful demeanor, even under pressure. Able to maintain composure, discretion, and empathy in emotionally sensitive situations. Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and follow-through. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another service-oriented environment preferred.
