What You'll Do:
Greet clients warmly as they arrive and ensure a smooth, professional first impression Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments across multiple advisors Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and make outbound calls as needed Maintain an organized front office and support day-to-day administrative needs
What We're Looking For:
A polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort managing a multi-line phone system and scheduling software Prior experience in a receptionist, office administration, or client-facing role (financial services experience a plus, but not required) Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Compensation:
$35,000
Responsibilities:
Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date Respond to incoming phone calls and emails and make sure the right people receive all important information
Qualifications:
Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent About Company Through a truly customized, holistic, and collaborative approach to financial planning, we help families not only protect but grow their retirements.
