00 per hour Job description: Auburn Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist! Under new ownership, we are an independent family-owned business that has been operating in Auburn, WA for over 80+ years. The owner, Dr Cullom, grew up in the practice and recently took over after her father retired. We have 3 doctors and an excellent staff that has been working together from a few months, our new Groomer, to the rest anywhere from a year up to 17+ years! Our clients become friends and family. We have helped three generations grow their pet families, laughing and crying with them along the way. Reception is more than just answering calls, scheduling appointments and checking out patients. It's walking into a different day, every day and working with a general outline to take care of pets and their people! Sometimes it's not pretty! It's the good with the sad, the happy and occasional mad, but it's never boring and we guarantee the opportunity to learn something new regularly! While we are willing to train, we prefer experience in Veterinary Medicine. All applicants must have at least 3 years of customer service. It takes about six months to really experience most of what we deal with regularly and we invite anyone willing to jump in and learn to apply. What we are looking for in a receptionist:
  • Amazing Customer Service!
  • Attention to detail.

  • Warm smile and great attitude.
