Full Job Description About Kari Toyota:
We are a 4th generation family owned and operated Toyota dealership. We are moving into a brand new building and are looking to expand our team!Duties include:
- Answering and operating main switch board
- Greeting and serving customers with a smile
- Maintenance of fluctuation daily schedule for sales staff
- Updating and ordering of refreshment supplies
- Management of rental cars
- Coordination with Detailing department for customer service needs
- Filing of license plates, deal jackets and other documents as assigned
- Preparing outgoing invoices for mailing
- Drafting memos and documents, as needed
- Sanitize workstation and common areas regularly
- Other duties as assigned
