Competitive compensation-commensurate with experience Receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Greet visiting clients and guests Communicate with guests, clients, attorneys, and staff in a professional manner Answer phones, log calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff Maintain front desk and lobby areas Maintain conference rooms Log all deliveries and notify appropriate staff Scan, copy, file and organize legal documents Prepare basic legal documents and correspondence
