What You'll Do As a Harvest Technician, you'll play a key role in bringing our crop from the field into post-harvest processing while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

Hand-harvesting cannabis plants Bucking flower from stems Branching and hanging harvested plants Trimming and processing flower Maintaining product quality throughout handling Cleaning and organizing workstations Following all company SOPs and Massachusetts cannabis regulations Working efficiently with a team to meet daily harvest goals Adapting to changing daily priorities throughout harvest Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position.

Applicants must be able to:
