Monday-Friday (occasional weekend shift) Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our cultivation team. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and presentation of our product. The ideal candidate is motivated, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities Defoliation:

Carefully remove leaves from plants through out all stages

Harvest:

Chop, carry and buck/strip plants

Hand Trimming:

• Carefully hand-trim cannabis flower to meet company quality standards
• Remove excess leaves while preserving bud structure and appearance
• Maintain consistency in trim quality and efficiency
• Handle product gently to avoid damage and preserve trichomes

Packaging:

• Weigh and package cannabis products accurately according to company guidelines
• Label and seal products in compliance with state regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging workspace
• Perform quality checks to ensure product meets standards before distribution

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
