About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual who will help prepare soil, compost and ensure the roads in our nursery receive timely repairs. What You'll Do Follow recipes for different soil type requirements. Follow recipes for mixing and utilizing compost. Perform inventory checks for soil and compost as part of the raw materials cycle count process. Utilize skip loader and other heavy equipment for soil mixing, movement of soil and compost, and spreading gravel to smooth roads as needed. Work on canning line as needed. Who You Are You can follow instructions and ask questions for better understanding. You have basic reading, writing and math skills. You have a valid driver's license. You are willing to work outside in different kinds of weather. You can make yourself available for emergencies that may require working on weekends. You have experience with forklifts and/or heavy equipment. You enjoy working in a team environment. Benefits at Monrovia You'll earn paid vacation and sick time.
