NOW HIRING - LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Strictly Cut Landscaping & Property Maintenance LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew efficiently, and has experience in professional landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and managing a lawn & landscape maintenance crew Completing daily mowing and property maintenance routes efficiently Operating commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Driving a company truck and safely towing/operating a landscape trailer Ensuring jobs are completed to company quality standards Communicating with management regarding schedules, properties, equipment, and crew performance Training and directing crew members throughout the workday Performing basic equipment inspections and reporting maintenance or repair needs Maintaining clean and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Providing professional service while working on residential and commercial properties

Requirements:

Previous professional landscape maintenance experience Previous experience leading or managing a landscape crew strongly preferred Strong knowledge of commercial mowing and landscape equipment Ability to safely drive a truck with a landscape trailer Valid Connecticut Driver's License with a clean/reliable driving record Dependable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding landscape work Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

The right candidate should be able to receive a schedule, organize their crew, complete properties efficiently, maintain a high level of quality, and communicate any issues with management.
