Job Description
Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment; mowers, edger, trimmer, saw, skid steers, etc. Assist with installing hardscapes, walkways, drains, porches, clean up, etc. Load/unload supplies, tools, equipment. This can include planting trees, flowers, and shrubs, mowing lawns, and installing irrigation systems. Transplanting or removing trees, shrubs, or plants using spades, hand tools, or other equipment Mowing or edging lawns, using power mowers or edgers Installing rock gardens, ponds, decks, drainage systems, irrigation systems, retaining walls, fences, planters, or playground equipment Applying fertilizers, pesticides, or other lawn care chemicals, following safety procedures Maintaining equipment Gathering and removing litter Driving trucks or other vehicles to or at work sites Performing other landscaping duties as assigned Communicate with crew leaders. Must have a valid driver's license , be dependable and on time. Available to work Saturdays as needed. Ability to perform moderate to heavy work in all types of weather, full range body mobility, lift/pull/push up to 80 lbs. Ability to work individually and with a team, promote a positive attitude and company image. Comply with standard safety practices.
