Job Summary Job Summary The Substitute Maintenance/Custodian/Groundskeeper provides additional help to perform custodial service in keeping assigned areas clean, orderly, and secure; perform grounds keeping services at facilities as assigned performs a variety of work in the maintenance, repair, retrofit, rehabilitation and construction of buildings, facilities and equipment.
