Lavish Lawns is growing and looking for reliable, hard-working team members with experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and can work efficiently without constant supervision. What You'll Do Operate commercial mowing equipment (zero-turns, stander mowers, push mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers) Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup Weed control and shrub/bush trimming Landscape installation projects Assist with mulch, rock, grading, planting, and other landscape work Irrigation experience is a plus Hardscape experience is a plus Schedule & Pay Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM W2 Employee Paid every other Friday $18-$25/hr depending on experience and ability What We're Looking For Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable and on time Valid driver's license preferred Ability to work efficiently with a small crew Success in this role requires strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability. We operate with small crews and maintain a high standard of service for our customers. Candidates who are dependable, motivated, and able to maintain consistent performance throughout the season will do well in this position.
