Apprentice Electrician (1-2+ Years Experience) Palm Beach & Martin County, FL | $17-$18/hr | 90-Day Temp-to-Permanent GrowNScale Talent is hiring Apprentice Electricians for a growing electrical contractor serving Palm Beach and Martin Counties. The Mission Be the dependable apprentice a foreman can count on every day: on site on time, doing clean, safe, code-compliant work with less supervision each week, and building toward a long-term career as a licensed electrician. What Success Looks Like This role starts with a 90-day trial through GrowNScale Talent, and we tell you upfront how you'll be measured. Apprentices who earn a permanent position: Show up on time, ready to work, every scheduled shift. No no-call/no-shows. Work safely. They follow every job-site safety procedure, with zero safety violations. Do clean, correct work. They run and pull wire, bend and install conduit, set boxes, and install devices to their lead's standard with minimal rework. Need less supervision over time. They complete assigned rough-in work on their own and check in at the right moments. Read basic plans. They can use electrical drawings to lay out and install work correctly. Keep things organized. Tools, materials, and work areas stay in order without reminders. Earn strong marks from their foreman on reliability, work quality, and coachability. Commit to the trade. They want a long-term career as an electrician and are ready to grow with the company.

Minimum Qualifications 1-2+ years of hands-on electrical field experience Working knowledge of common electrical and construction tools Reliable transportation to job sites across Palm Beach and Martin Counties Able to perform physical construction work Compensation & Growth $17-$18/hour , based on experience Paid working interview Consistent electrical construction work, mostly in Palm Beach and Martin Counties Permanent employment for those who succeed in the 90-day trial Once hired directly by the contractor, eligibility for the company's 4-year IEC apprenticeship program, a structured path to continue building your knowledge and field skills Benefits are not provided during the initial 90-day staffing period.
