CLK Multifamily Management is looking for a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and curb appeal of our apartment community. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and making a positive impact on residents' living experience, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Maintain the overall appearance of the community grounds Pick up trash and debris throughout the property Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal cleanup Keep sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and common areas clean and safe Prepare vacant apartments and common areas for new residents Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks and property upkeep Monitor the property for safety hazards and report concerns Help maintain amenities, including pool and recreational areas, as applicable What We're Looking For Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or apartment community experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent resident service Why Join CLK Multifamily Management?
