Maintain health, vitality and appearance of all shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants. Maintain and repair all sprinklers and waterlines associated with above areas. Groom all flower beds and exposed soil on a daily basis. Assist laborers, when needed, with large jobs. Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to hear in the full audible range in high noise conditions and possess average vision and color perception. Must be able to stoop, bend, jump, and carry heavy loads, run level surfaces as well as up or down stairs. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must possess coordination and dexterity to drive power sweepers, forklifts, scissors lifts, and other equipment. Must be able to work in extremes of temperature in excess of 115 degrees or below 10 degrees. Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in emergency situations. Must be able to learn and retain locations, operation, and repair procedures of the property's equipment.
