What You'll Do As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced team members to maintain and improve residential and commercial properties.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Spring and fall cleanups Mulch installations Shrub and hedge pruning Plant and tree installations Lawn renovations (aeration, overseeding, dethatching, topdressing) Property inspections and quality control Operating commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining trucks, trailers, and equipment Assisting with hardscape, drainage, and landscape construction projects when needed Snow removal and ice management during the winter season (seasonal) What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Reliable and punctual Hard-working with a positive attitude Able to work well in a team environment Willing to learn and grow professionally Detail-oriented and take pride in quality workmanship Respectful toward clients, coworkers, and company equipment Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor throughout the day Preferred Qualifications Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience (preferred but not required) Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscape equipment Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant care Valid driver's license (preferred) Ability to operate trucks and trailers is a plus Hoisting license or CDL is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training and opportunities for advancement Modern, well-maintained equipment Positive team-oriented work environment Consistent schedule during the landscaping season Opportunities to learn landscape construction, hardscaping, equipment operation, and snow management Company uniforms provided Performance-based advancement opportunities What Makes Briggs Property Maintenance Different?
