Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, and snow plows with precision and safety Conduct routine inspections of grounds for hazards or damage and perform necessary repairs or report issues promptly. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge and experience operating landscaping and groundskeeping Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Excellent physical stamina for tasks such as mowing, digging, lifting heavy materials, snow plowing, and long periods of standing or walking.
