Whether you're trimming trees and bushes, installing brick patios and retaining walls, or anything landscape related your contributions will help create stunning landscapes that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, etc safely and efficiently Assist with hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction projects to enhance landscape functionality and aesthetics Identify plants and trees to ensure proper care and maintenance; apply horticultural practices to promote healthy growth- not a required skill set Manage pesticide application and pest control measures following safety protocols to protect plants and surrounding environments- not required but can assist in getting certified Conduct regular groundskeeping duties including debris removal, snow plowing during winter months, and general site cleanup Follow all safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members Experience Previous outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related fields is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor environments is essential Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, and hardscape construction is highly desirable but we are willing to train the right person Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, lawn care equipment, and groundskeeping machinery is a plus Understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation and pesticide management is important Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic construction experience or knowledge of tree care and gardening practices will be advantageous for growth within the role Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills directly contribute to creating beautiful landscapes!
