Schwarz Properties is searching for a General Labor/Clean Out Person to join our Asheboro, NC team. The ideal candidate will be part of a two-person team responsible for loading and unloading appliances and removing trash, debris and appliances from properties before and after the property turnover. We are a private, family owned, self-managed, real estate holding company located in Asheboro, NC which has been in business over 50 years. In addition to being one of the largest owners of industrial properties in the Southeast, the portfolio also includes retail and residential properties.

Essential Duties:

Load and unload appliances for use in our residential properties utilizing a manual hand truck as needed. Removing trash, debris and appliances from properties before and after the property turnover. Require:

Valid NC Driver's License and clean driving record. Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test. Ability to drive a 5-speed manual transmission. Ability to lift 75-100lbs. Ability to safely use hand tools and small power tools when needed. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
