Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves a mix of landscape construction, property maintenance, and seasonal snow removal. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is motivated to be part of a growing team. Responsibilities Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and weedwhacking Install and maintain mulch, edging, and planting beds Building flower beds and garden areas Installing patios, walkways, and hardscape features Property clean-ups and general grounds maintenance Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently Assist with winter operations including snow removal and plowing Maintain a clean and organized work environment Provide quality workmanship and professional service at all job sites

LEAD PEOPLE HIGHLY DESIRED

Qualifications Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license (required for plow operators) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, skid steers, or plow trucks is a plus Come work with a team that takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
