Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using a variety of hand tools and power tools to ensure optimal water distribution. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components such as valves, controllers, sprinkler heads, and piping to identify issues early and perform necessary adjustments or replacements. Maintain and operate equipment when needed for system installation or repairs involving underground piping. Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, and soil preparation to support overall landscape health. Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose system failures and implement effective solutions swiftly. Collaborate with team members related to landscape improvements and irrigation upgrades. Keep detailed records of system inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for ongoing system performance tracking. Proven mechanical knowledge with experience handling irrigation systems, power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment. Familiarity with irrigation principles, lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to operate construction machinery safely and efficiently when required for installation projects. Prior experience working with land development or construction projects is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting system issues. Valid driver's license (A MUST) ; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions; physically capable of lifting heavy materials.
