Job Description

Primrose Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader to join our professional landscape maintenance team. This position is responsible for leading a small crew while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate has strong landscaping experience, leadership skills, and the ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscape equipment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and seasonal property maintenance Operate commercial landscape equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Safely drive a company truck while towing an enclosed landscape equipment trailer Ensure job sites are completed efficiently and to company standards Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Ability to drive a truck with an enclosed landscape equipment trailer Previous landscape maintenance experience (3+ years preferred) Leadership or crew leader experience preferred Reliable, dependable, and able to arrive on time Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
