Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance & Grounds Person to ensure the optimal operation and appearance of our facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building systems, grounds, and facilities equipment, contributing to a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Your expertise will help uphold high standards of safety, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal across our property. Responsibilities Conduct repairs using company equipment to address issues promptly. Maintain grounds by landscaping, mowing, trimming, and performing general groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas attractive and safe. Execute painting projects including maintenance painting to preserve facility aesthetics. Oversee plumbing systems and perform plumbing system maintenance to prevent leaks or failures. Coordinate with contractors during major repairs or upgrades when necessary. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of maintenance procedures for building exterior and groundskeeping practices. Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week
