Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Property Caretaker and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of various property types. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure that facilities are well-kept, inviting, and compliant with health and safety standards. As a Property Caretaker, you will be responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks, maintenance and repairs across multiple environments, contributing to a positive experience for visitors and member. This role provides on site housing accommodations. This is a non-smoking residence. Pets can be discussed. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces. Maintain the appearance of the property by managing landscaping tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, and debris removal. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Manage waste disposal efficiently by collecting trash and recycling materials according to established procedures. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained, stocked, and used safely. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for all visitors and staff. Assist with minor repairs or coordinate with specialized maintenance teams when necessary. Experience Prior experience in cleaning roles within retail stores, hotels, lawn maintenance, restaurants or gyms is highly desirable. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different environments and surfaces. Ability to complete small repairs including but not limited to, plumbing, tools, building, etc. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete daily tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating with team members.
