What You'll Do:
As a Landscape Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members on a wide variety of residential and commercial landscape projects, including: Landscape installations Garden bed renovations and restorations Lawn and landscape maintenance Mulch installation Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Grading and drainage improvements Hardscape installation support Operating landscaping equipment and power tools safely Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites Providing outstanding service to every customer Snow and ice management in the winter Every season brings new projects, new challenges, and new opportunities to learn.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for team members who: Show up on time and are ready to work every day Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions Can perform physically demanding work Work well with others and have good communication skills Take pride in doing quality work Want to continue learning and growing A valid driver's license is required Landscaping experience is definitely a plus, but not required.
