Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Director to lead our dietary services within a dynamic community setting. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of food service operations, ensuring high-quality nutrition, compliance with health regulations, and effective team management. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being of our residents and the overall success of our programs. Duties Manage and supervise food service teams to ensure efficient daily operations and exceptional service delivery Develop and implement nutritious meal plans aligned with customer expectations Oversee food production processes, ensuring food safety management and adherence to health code compliance Monitor budget management, including purchasing, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies Provide leadership in managing food safety protocols, staff training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within high volume environments Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, food safety management, and nutrition principles Supervisory experience leading food service teams in high volume kitchens or childcare settings Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets effectively and foster team collaboration Demonstrated understanding of food production processes, kitchen management, and time management Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing nourishing meals that support health and well-being. Pay:
$47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
