Job Description
Build, repair, and solve problems—while protecting customers' homes. Raptor Pest Control is hiring a dependable Pest Exclusion Technician in Minden, Nevada. You'll inspect homes and businesses, identify how pests and wildlife are getting inside, and complete durable repairs that keep them out. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, notices the small details, and enjoys solving problems. Pest control experience is helpful, but candidates with backgrounds in construction, carpentry, roofing, maintenance, insulation, landscaping, wildlife control, or general home repair are encouraged to apply. Paid training is provided for the right candidate. What you'll do Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest and wildlife entry points Seal gaps, cracks, vents, rooflines, crawlspaces, and other openings Install screening, flashing, sealants, barriers, and other exclusion materials Complete minor construction and cosmetic repairs Safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools Take clear before-and-after photos and document completed work Explain findings and recommended solutions to customers Travel to scheduled job sites in Northern Nevada and California Maintain clean, organized tools, materials, and work areas Follow company procedures and job-site safety standards What we're looking for Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Good problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills Comfort working on ladders, roofs, in attics, and in crawlspaces Ability to perform physical work and lift and carry tools and materials Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to work in both California and Nevada Construction, carpentry, roofing, maintenance, wildlife-control, or pest-control experience is preferred Why join Raptor Pest Control?
