Are you a natural leader with a passion for working outdoors, climbing high, and making a visible impact every day? We're a professional, family-owned tree company looking for a skilled Tree Climber with a CDL who's ready to step up and lead by example.

What We Are Looking For:

A confident, safety-focused climber with solid rigging and pruning experience. A valid Class B CDL - you know how to handle trucks and equipment. A strong communicator who can lead a small crew and take initiative on the job. A team player who thrives in a hands-on, close-knit working environment. A problem-solver who takes pride in their work and has a drive to keep improving. Someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather and lift heavy equipment.

What You'll Do:

Participate in daily safety briefings to determine job plans and responsibilities. Perform expert tree climbing, pruning, and removal using modern techniques and equipment. Handle job site setup, tree assessment, and thorough cleanup upon job completion. Drive and operate CDL-required vehicles (e.g., log trucks, chip trucks, bucket trucks). Treat tools and equipment with care to keep them good working condition. Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and our clients' property. Lead with integrity and contribute to a positive team culture.
