Job Description

40+ year-old A&E firm has an opening for a Senior Registered Architect. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

Lead the architectural design for industrial and commercial facilities Oversee the entire architectural process—includes programming and planning, demo plans, elevations, and construction details Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all Minnesota codes (IBC, Life Safety, etc.) Provide work direction and guidance to architectural designers and AutoCAD drafters Work alongside multi-disciplinary engineering teams Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients Oversee construction administration - includes site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Registered Architect in Minnesota NCARB registration preferred 7+ years of experience Industrial project experience AutoCAD experience

Salary:

$130-155K
