$40-$60/hour DOE + Benefits We're looking for a seasoned field leader who can oversee day-to-day operations on a luxury residential project in Lafayette. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional workmanship while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise jobsite Manage daily construction activities from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Maintain project schedule and site logistics Ensure exceptional quality control throughout construction Enforce jobsite safety and cleanliness Communicate effectively with project management, design professionals, and homeowners Mentor field personnel and lead by example Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
Qualifications:
7+ years of residential construction experience Previous experience supervising custom home projects Strong knowledge of residential building methods and sequencing Experience with rebar and CMU installation preferred Ability to read architectural and structural drawings Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid California driver's license Reliable truck and personal tools required Bilingual (Spanish - English) preferred Any certifications are a plus
