As a key contributor, you will utilize your carpentry expertise and technical skills to ensure the integrity, safety, and quality of each construction phase. Responsibilities Construct and install building frameworks, ensuring alignment with schematics and blueprints Perform concrete forming and rebar installation to prepare for pouring foundations and slabs Execute framing tasks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for wood, metal studs, and other materials Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately to guide construction activities Install siding and trim carpentry to complete building exteriors and interiors Operate safely for lifting, positioning materials, and site clearing while adhering to Support restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with precision craftsmanship Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to meet project specifications efficiently Experience Proven hands-on experience in construction site environments with a focus on framing or carpentry roles Skilled in building, concrete forming, rebar installation, and some masonry Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate execution Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols to maintain a secure work environment Experience with siding installation, roofing systems and trim carpentry preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail throughout all phases of construction Join us if you are passionate about building structures that stand the test of time!
