Full-Time Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Installer/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and layout plans Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations Coordinate with general contractors, site supervisors, and team members Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site

Qualifications:

Experience in construction, sheet metal, or mechanical installation preferred Ability to read blueprints and use standard measuring tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights and in various job site conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with chute systems or specialty installations Welding or fabrication experience Familiarity with construction safety regulations (OSHA or equivalent) •
