Full-time About the Role We are seeking motivated, self-driven, and energetic individuals who want to build a long-term career in the glazing trade. Our team works on a wide range of commercial projects across the Front Range, including storefronts, curtain wall systems, windows, doors, and specialty glass installations. Candidates with glazing or carpentry experience are encouraged to apply. However, if someone has strong motivation, consistency, and a genuine interest in learning the trade, we are open to interviewing less experienced applicants. Responsibilities Install commercial glass systems including storefronts, curtain wall, windows, and doors Prepare frames, anchors, hardware, and assist with material loading Perform glass setting, caulking, sealing, and finish work Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout instructions Operate tools and equipment safely, including lifts and manipulators Work with a crew to complete projects efficiently and with high-quality workmanship Maintain a clean and safe jobsite What We're Looking For Core Qualities Strong motivation and drive Consistent attendance and reliability Commitment to the trade as a long-term career Ability to follow direction and work well with a team Basic construction knowledge and proper hand tools Preferred Experience (Training available for motivated candidates.) 1-4 years of glazing, carpentry, or construction experience Ability to read a tape measure accurately Mechanically inclined Blueprint reading experience Experience with lifts (boom/scissor) Ideal Backgrounds Carpentry Construction labor Window/door installation Metal framing Apprentice glazier roles Why This Role Stands Out Steady work across the Denver Metro and surrounding areas Opportunities for advancement into lead installer or foreman roles Supportive environment focused on craftsmanship, safety, and long-term development Exposure to a variety of commercial projects, from small builds to mid-size installations Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
