Job Title:
Drywall Carpenter Job Description We are currently seeking drywall carpenters to work on our job in Nashua, NH. This job will involve insulation, hanging drywall, and general site cleanup. We are offering $20 - $28 an hour depending on skill level. You must have a US birth certificate and be able to pass a drug screen. You will need your own hand tools and PPE as well. We are looking to get people started immediately. Responsibilities Install drywall according to project specifications and quality standards. Assist lead carpenters with finishing carpentry tasks and general construction activities. Perform general labor on site, including material handling, site cleanup, and basic preparation work. Follow instructions from supervisors and lead carpenters to complete daily tasks safely and efficiently. Use basic hand and power tools appropriately and maintain them in good working condition. Comply with all site safety rules, procedures, and regulations at all times. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift. Support other team members as needed to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Essential Skills Previous construction experience, including exposure to active job sites. Hands-on experience with drywall installation or closely related tasks. Basic carpentry skills with the ability to follow measurements and instructions accurately. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow safety procedures and use tools and equipment correctly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashua, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
