Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Perform framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, door hanging, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and water damage restoration tasks Handle heavy lifting and assist with remodeling, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and other renovation projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to power tool safety protocols and site safety standards Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and construction plans for various project phases Requirements Prior construction experience or background in carpentry or woodworking preferred but not mandatory; training available for motivated learners Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and familiarity with woodworking machines Experience with residential carpentry including framing, drywall installation, trim work, door hanging, flooring installation, and tile laying is highly desirable Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and proper use of power tools Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to follow instructions precisely This role is perfect for individuals passionate about craftsmanship who want to grow their skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
