Manufacturing Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Clean and prep surfaces using processes such as sanding, scraping and grinding. Use of spray equipment to apply required material. Experience with electrostatics. Application of a protective coating to a variety of metal material surfaces. Monitor extractors, drying fans and heaters. Board and mask material. Ensure all paint related waste is properly labelled, stored and disposed of. Maintain paint booth and associated equipment to ensure proper working conditions. Ensure job meets all requirements before leaving the work cell. Meet or exceed established production levels. Must be able to work in a group setting

• Prior experience in spray painting in an industrial paint booth environment.
• Must have paint and electrostatic experience.
• Must have the ability to use small hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience with overhead cranes.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
