We specialize in high-quality residential remodeling and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, transparency, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage residential remodeling projects from start to completion Be able to supervise Labor Assistants Typical Projects Bathroom remodels Basement finishing Deck builds Home repairs and renovations Requirements 6+ years experience in residential remodeling Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes Skilled in basement remodeling, bathroom remodeling, deck building, and home repairs Motivated by working in teams Excellent communication with homeowners Organized and detail oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have an attitude and mindset to help grow and scale a remodeling company Preferred Experience Leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors Compensation $30- $42 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses available Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company About Perfect Work Perfect Work Remodeling & Repairs is a family-owned, 5-star rated remodeling company that is continuing to grow.
