Position Overview Piedmont Premier is seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpenter / Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys construction, takes pride in their work, and is willing to assist wherever needed to keep projects moving efficiently. Previous carpentry or remodeling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling, renovation, and construction projects Perform or assist with framing, trim and finish carpentry, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and other general construction tasks Safely operate hand and power tools Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Assist lead carpenters and other crew members as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Follow project instructions, company procedures, and safety requirements Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working in clients' homes and on active job sites Qualifications 1-3 years of carpentry, remodeling, or general construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow plans, measurements, and project instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding construction work Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying job site conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Paid time off Paid holidays Tools provided Opportunities for growth and advancement within Piedmont Premier We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, takes pride in quality work, and is interested in growing with our company.
