Responsibilities Prepare and review daily reports related to room charges, payments, and reservations. Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service. Handle guest requests efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including reservation management and guest relations. Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring guest activity and reporting any irregularities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold hotel standards. Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Experience Knowledge of night audit procedures and guest services within a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable. Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution.
