Based in southern Wisconsin currently searching for candidates in Portsmouth VA, we specialize in residential projects that prioritize sustainability, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. This individual will work 40-45 hours a week. Pay is starting at $25.00 per hour. This individual will have the following skills and qualifications: Ensure that all Boss Construction LLC's policies, procedures, and quality standards are met At least 2-3 years of carpentry experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Possess and ability to maintain a valid driver's license Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including but not limited to lifting, carrying and standing for prolonged periods of time Use a variety of hand and power tools safely Work effectively with others Ability to understand and execute directions accurately Window, door, and siding installation Deck building Renovation Demolition Metal buildings Some commercial experience Perform other duties as needed to support the carpentry team and overall project Interested applicants should contact Boss Construction LLC at (608)228-7246.
