Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing, forming, and installation. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively on various construction projects. The Concrete Workers will be responsible for ensuring that all concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing while adhering to safety standards. Duties Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications and blueprints. Mix, pour, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques. Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as necessary. Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing concrete. Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as required on the job site. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects. Conduct restoration work on existing concrete surfaces. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Mechanical knowledge related to construction processes. Experience with construction estimating for project planning. Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques, including plastering, caulking, and stucco application. Familiarity with hardscape installation, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, and trim carpentry. Previous experience on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely (commercial driving experience is a plus). Knowledge of renovation practices, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, welding, and concrete pumping is advantageous. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site.
