We're looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a crew that values professionalism, teamwork, and doing things the right way. Responsibilities Finish residential concrete including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, aprons, and steps. Screed, bull float, edge, joint, broom finish, and machine trowel concrete. Set and strip forms. Install reinforcement and vapor barriers. Operate and work around construction equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Work closely with the Crew Leader to complete projects safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For Experience finishing residential concrete. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
