This dynamic role involves managing a team of plumbers, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and client specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-quality plumbing solutions. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on construction sites, ensuring timely completion of projects. Lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and quality control throughout each phase of work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and systems. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other construction tools safely and efficiently. Conduct heavy lifting tasks and manage materials handling to support installation activities while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, inspections, safety compliance records, and project reports. Skills Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of commercial site requirements. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Knowledge of HVAC systems, remodeling techniques, maintenance procedures, and handyman skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Valid license as a Plumbing Foreman with relevant state certifications; additional licenses in welding or HVAC are a plus.
