General Laborer

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead a crew and oversee daily landscaping operations. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in both installation and maintenance. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a landscaping crew on job sites Plan and execute landscape installations (pavers, sod, irrigation, plants, etc.) Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards Operate and maintain landscaping equipment Communicate with clients and management as needed Train and mentor crew members Enforce safety procedures and job site organization Qualifications 2+ years of landscaping experience (foreman or leadership preferred) Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and materials Ability to read plans and layouts is a plus Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Strong work ethic and reliability Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Steady, year-round work (if applicable)
