Laborer

StanCraft Construction Group is hiring Construction Laborers to support our residential and commercial construction crews. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, want to learn the construction trade, and value being part of a professional team.

What You'll Do:

Assist carpenters and skilled trades on job sites Load, unload, and transport materials and tools Prepare and clean job sites Perform basic construction tasks, demolition, lifting, and material handling Use hand and power tools under supervision Follow safety procedures and wear required

PPE What We're Looking For:

Construction or labor experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physically demanding work Safety-focused mindset
