) Keep job sites safe, clean, and ready for the build team to shine Solve problems on the fly (because surprises are part of the fun) Be the calm, capable point person for project managers and homeowners What We're Looking For 3+ years of real-world construction or demolition experience Confidence and leadership Skilled with heavy equipment—you and a skid steer? Best friends.
