Safety Signs is looking for dependable, hands on workers to join our sign shop team! This isn't a desk job. It's manual labor kind of mixed with arts and crafts! Can you read and use a tape measure? Can you lift heavy signs? Do you truly care about the work you do? You get to work outside and inside! You'll help build temporary signs people actually see-every single day out on the road! Sign Shop Laborer:
Hourly rate of pay: $21.00/hr. The Sign Shop laborer role works primarily in the sign shop, building signs and equipment (devices). Helping build signs for Traffic Control and Permanent Sign divisions Repair damaged signs and devices Assist with printing and creating custom signs Works with various divisions to forecast future sign needs Fills in with on the road Traffic Control needs as needed Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested We want you to join the

team if you can say yes to the following: Must have knowledge and use of hand and power tools Must know how to read and use a tape measure Must have working knowledge of English sufficient enough to read, write, speak and understand oral and written information. Must have good mechanical aptitude You must be willing and able to lift up to 40-50 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects and/or signs weighing 50 pounds, also bending or standing on a ladder as necessary.
