Construction Labor

Looking for a job in the construction and/or service industries? Our small, family owned and operated company is offering excellent starting pay and plenty of opportunity for growth. While prior experience in the construction/pool industry is not necessary, this is always a bonus! We're also always on the lookout for candidates with a Class A or Class B commercial driver's license, or experience operating construction equipment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the building of in-ground pools (assembling pool walls, plumbing, troweling concrete bottoms, etc.) Assist with excavation prep, grading, and site cleanup Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Support crew leaders with daily construction tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow company safety procedures and standards Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Qualifications:

Solid work ethic and dependable attendance Valid form of transportation to/from our office in East Rochester Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying materials Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Construction, landscaping, plumbing, concrete, or pool experience is a plus CDL license or equipment experience is a plus
