Pool Construction Crew Location:

Hilliard, OH | Full-Time Onsite | Reports to: Pool Operations Manager At Hidden Creek, we don't just build pools, we create custom outdoor experiences. We're looking for a Pool Construction Crew Member to support the installation of custom inground pools, spas, and water features across our projects. About the Role As a Pool Construction Crew Member, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality pool builds that exceed client expectations. You'll work alongside experienced foremen and team members to execute projects safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a high-performing team. What You'll Do Pool Construction & Installation (60%) Build custom inground pools, spas, and water features Assist with excavation, forming, plumbing, rebar, and concrete work Operate hand tools and power equipment to complete assigned tasks Follow plans and specifications to ensure quality and accuracy Equipment Operation & Site Work (20%) Operate equipment such as skid steers and excavators (as trained) Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on tools and equipment Teamwork & Productivity (15%) Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines Support foreman direction to ensure efficient workflow Maintain high standards of quality and productivity on every job Safety, Cleanup & Organization (5%) Maintain clean and organized job sites, trucks, and equipment Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements Complete job site inspections before and after work What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy hands-on, physical work and being outdoors You are dependable and show up ready to work You take pride in quality craftsmanship You work well in a team and follow direction You are motivated to learn and grow in construction skills Why Hidden Creek?
