Duties Assist with tree removal, trimming, and risk assessment using appropriate tools such as chainsaws, wood chippers, and rigging equipment Operate trucks and other machinery safely to move wood and access high or difficult-to-reach areas of trees Support arborists with rigging techniques to safely lower large limbs or trees during removal or trimming processes Perform landscape maintenance tasks including wood transport, slash disposal, raking, leaf blowing, and general cleanup Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to ensure a safe work environment for everyone Maintain equipment such as chainsaws, wood chippers, bucket trucks, ropes, and rigging gear in good working condition Maintain good client relations by being courteous and professional on the job site Requirements Humility and trustworthiness Prior outdoor work experience with a focus on logging, landscaping, or tree care preferred Knowledge of arborist rigging techniques and tree removal procedures Ability to legally and skillfully operate vehicles and other machinery Familiarity with plant pruning care, tree trimming, and general landscape maintenance practices Experience with chainsaw operation and safety protocols is highly desirable Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and teamwork in physically demanding environments Logging experience is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditionsJoin us to contribute your energy and enthusiasm toward creating safer, healthier environments through expert tree care!
